II. Your rights

With regard to the data processing described below, you have the right

• to confirmation of whether data concerning you is being processed, to information about that data and the processing, and to a copy of the data (Art. 15 GDPR);
• to have incorrect or incomplete data corrected or completed (Art. 16 GDPR);
• to the immediate erasure of data concerning you (Art. 17 GDPR) or, where further processing is necessary under Art. 17 (3) GDPR, to the restriction of that processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
• to receive the data concerning you that you have provided and to have it transmitted to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR);
• to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR);
• to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your data is being processed in breach of data protection law (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for this site is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

The controller must inform every recipient to whom data has been disclosed of any correction, erasure or restriction under Art. 16, 17 (1) and 18 GDPR, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be told who these recipients are.

III. The data processing

Data processed when you use this website is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storing it no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise or something different is stated below.

Hosting and delivery by Cloudflare

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”), through its global network of servers (content delivery network).

When you open the website, your browser’s requests are processed by Cloudflare’s servers. In doing so, Cloudflare processes the following access data:

• your IP address;
• the date and time of the request;
• the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred and the response status;
• the type and version of your browser and your operating system;
• the website you came from (referrer URL), where your browser sends it;
• the host name of the accessing computer, where it is transmitted.

This data is needed to deliver the website to your browser, to keep it stable and to protect it against attacks. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report failed connections to it (Network Error Logging); such a report contains technical details of the failed request. I do not keep log files of my own: Cloudflare’s dashboard shows me aggregated figures such as the number of requests, not individual visitors.

This website sets no cookies. Cloudflare may set a technically necessary cookie only if it has to check a visitor during a security challenge, for example when an attack is suspected.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the secure, reliable and fast delivery of this website. Cloudflare processes the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

Settings stored in your browser

The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember up to four settings on your device:

• the date of your last visit, so that the Revision Log can mark what has changed since then;
• whether the “Draft picks” switch on the board is on;
• two display settings of the Projection Map (column width and score gaps), only if you use those controls.

These entries stay on your device. They are never transmitted to me or to anyone else and are not used to track you. Storing them is strictly necessary for features you use (§ 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG); insofar as personal data is involved, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest being a site that remembers your view. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Fonts

All fonts are served from this website’s own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font provider.

College logos

Player profiles show the logo of the player’s college. These logos are loaded from servers of ESPN, Inc., Bristol, Connecticut, USA (a.espncdn.com).

When your browser loads such a logo, it connects to ESPN’s server and transmits your IP address, the date and time, the image requested and information about your browser. I have no influence on how this data is processed further. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in showing a player’s college in a recognisable way. ESPN’s privacy policy: The Walt Disney Company.

If you write to me by e-mail, I process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is answering your enquiry. I delete the data once the matter has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
